In the rainy season, the water that runs off the roofs of two buildings in the Pomis Jiwet community is harvested. To collect and store this water, three 5,000-liter tanks were installed in each of the buildings, giving us a total storage capacity of 15,000 liters. Each system has a filter to prevent debris, insects and the accumulation of elements that are inappropriate for water conservation.

The harvested water is mainly used for agriculture and is transported with 90-liter hippo rollers: drums specially designed for efficient storage and transportation.
